This book explores how the misperception of cultural values and norms may result in misapprehension and communication breakdowns in various settings.

Dr Tamilla Mammadova is an Assistant Professor at ADA University, Azerbaijan. She holds a PhD from the University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain, where she is a member of the SPERTUS research group. She conducted her postdoctoral research at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, and her publications include a number of research papers and books.
