Financial performance is one of the most important and frequently used tools of management accounting, and its focus is on the factors that have the greatest impact on the company’s profit. This book explores the relationship between human resources and a company’s financial performance, how performance based on multiple non-financial criteria leads to an increase in the organizational trust of the employees in the honesty of the company’s leaders, and the different ways to measure financial performance.

Dr Fatemeh Dekamini is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Management, Islamic Azad University, Iran, and she holds a doctorate in industrial-financial management. She is a member of various organisations, including the Scientific Marketing Association of Iran and the Financial Engineering Association of Iran, and she is a member of the research faculty of Mahan Business School in Tehran.

Dr Ramona Birau is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Economic Science at the Constantin Brancusi University of Targu Jiu, Romania. She is Doctoral Supervisor in Finance at University of Craiova, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Doctoral School of Economic Sciences since 2021. In addition, she is the Editor in Chief of both the International Journal of Business Quantitative Economics and Applied Management Research (IJBEMR) and the International Journal of Core Engineering and Management (iJCEM), India. Dr Ramona Birau has published more than 200 research papers in journals and conferences and has authored/co-authored several books. Her current research interests include financial markets, behavioral psychology economic sociology, and management.
