Andrea Tomo is Assistant Professor of Organization Studies at the Department of Economics, Management, Institutions, University of Naples Federico II, Italy, where he is Chair of ?Negotiation in Complex Organizations? and Chair of ?Organization and Innovation of Professional Service Firms?. In 2018, he gained the national qualification of Associate Professor of Organization Studies. He holds a PhD in management from the University of Naples Federico II, and he has been a visiting researcher at Cass Business School of London (UK), Copenhagen Business School (Denmark), Adam Smith Business School ? University of Glasgow (UK), Stockholm Centre for Organizational Research (SCORE) - Stockholm Business School (Sweden), and Leuphana Universit?t of L?neburg (Germany). He is also Invited Lecturer of Innovation and Strategic Management of Professional Service Firms at the Canadian University of Dubai (CUD). He is member of the European Group for Organizational Studies (EGOS), the Academy of Management (AOM), the Associazione Italiana di Organizzazione Aziendale (ASSIOA), the Accademia Italiana di Economia Aziendale (AIDEA), the International Research Society for Public Management (IRSPM) and the European Academy of Management (EURAM). Within the EGOS community, he has acted both as speaker and track convenor, and was member of the organizing committee of the 2016 EGOS conference, held in Naples, and the 2023 EGOS conference, held in Cagliari. He is Co-Chair of the organizing committee of the Capri Summer School on Qualitative Research Methods, Italy. He is also a member of the organizing and scientific committee of the Executive Master in Public Managerial Practices and the Executive Master in Digital Transformation of the Public Administration at the University of Naples Federico II. He is Associate Editor of the Journal of Economic Administrative Sciences, and Co-Editor of the editorial series ?Comportamenti e regole nella riforma della PA?. His research interests are in the field of organization studies, with specific emphasis on change and identity processes in professional service firms, the public sector, transportation, and health care. His research interests are related to organizational models, innovation, and knowledge management. His works have been published in several international journals, among which are European Management Review, Technology Analysis and Strategic Management, and Meditari Accountancy Research.
