Dr Shamini Srivastava obtained her BSc (Bio) from D.D.U. Gorakhpur University, India, her MA in Applied Psychology (Gold Medalist) from V.B.S. Purvanchal University, India, and her PhD from the Department of Psychology at Banaras Hindu University, India. Currently she is H.O.D in Psychology at Feroze Gandhi College, affiliated to Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, India. Previously she has worked as a guest lecturer at UNSIET Jaunpur and HRIT Ghaziabad, India.
She has published a number of papers in reputed and refereed journals, such as the Journal of Indian Health Psychology, ICFAI Journal of Organizational Behavior, the Indian Journal of Social Sciences and Research, and Social Science International, as well as numerous book chapters in edited books. Her areas of interest include organizational behavior, positive psychology, applied psychology, research methodology, and health psychology. She has presented many papers at national and international conferences on different topics. She is a member of the review committee of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences, and has also organized and attended various workshops.
