Pierpaolo Andriani is Professor in Complexity and Innovation Management at Kedge Business School in Marseille, France. He received his Ph.D. from Durham University, UK.
After Pierpaolo’s undergraduate degree in Physics, he worked in industrial R&D for various Research and Development European projects in the field of laser research and applications. He then switched from the study of coherent laser light to the messy life of social sciences research.
Pierpaolo’s current research interests are focused on the impact of complexity theory and evolutionary thinking on innovation and new product development. His research has been published in journals such as Organization Science, Journal of International Business Studies, Long Range Planning and Complexity.
