Professor Olivier Renaudet

Professor Olivier Renaudet received his PhD degree in 2002 in the field of peptide and carbohydrate chemistry from the Université Joseph Fourier, France. Following this, he pursued postdoctoral work under Professor Jean-Louis Reymond at the University of Bern, Switzerland, before returning to Grenoble as an Assistant Professor in 2004, becoming a Full Professor in 2012 in the Department of Molecular Chemistry.

He was awarded the rank of junior member at the Institut Universitaire de France in 2011 and received the ERC Consolidator Grant in 2014. He has co-edited a themed issue on “Multivalent Scaffolds in Glycoscience”, published in the Chemical Society Reviews in 2013. In total, he has published over 90 publications. His current research activities focus on the development of polyfunctional homo- and heteroglycoclusters as antitumoral synthetic vaccines, immunomodulators, nanovectors, and antipathogenic agents.
