Neha Bhardwaj is currently employed as an Assistant Professor in the Marketing Area at Sharda University, India. She received her Master's in Business Administration from IBS, Hyderabad, India, in 2010. She was also awarded the Junior Research Fellowship in 2012, and is currently associated with the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi, India, as a PhD candidate.
Her academic career began in 2010 and she has since been associated with various academic institutions. Her research interests are mainly in the areas of digital marketing, customer engagement in the times of new media, and marketing communications. Her research inclinations also include consumer behaviour in the digital space and marketing for emerging markets. Her research has been published in various international journals (indexed with Scopus and ABDC). She has also presented research papers at various international conferences.
