Professor Natalia Serdyukova

Dr Natalia Alexandrovna Serdyukova has been a Professor within the Department of Finance at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics since 2012. Between 1978 and 1997, she worked as an Assistant and then Associate Professor in the Department of Higher Algebra at Moscow State Pedagogical University. She was Head of the Department of Mathematics between 1997 and 2012, and also served as Dean of the Financial Faculty at the Academy of Budget and Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation between 2008 and 2012.

She received her PhD degree in mathematics in 1986 at Moscow State Pedagogical University, and in 2002 she received Doctor of Sciences degree in economics from the Academy of Budget and Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. She currently holds the title of Honored Worker of the Higher School of the Russian Federation.

Natalia has a number of publications to her name in the fields of mathematics in abelian group theory, finance and the theory of e-learning. She has participated (and continues to participate) at many international conferences on pure and applied mathematics, economics and finance, and the theory of e-learning.
