Dr Mukesh Kumar Khandelwal received his BTech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and his MTech degree in Digital Communication from GGSIP University, India, and his PhD degree in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-ISM), Dhanbad. He is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology, India, which is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

Mukesh is also an editor at Enago Crimson Interactive Pvt. Ltd. He has published 28 research papers in refereed international journals, and serves as a reviewer for various renowned journals including IEEE MTTs, IEEE Access, IET Microwave Antenna and Propagation, IET Electronics Letters Wireless Personal Communication, the International Journal of Electronics and Communications, and the Journal of Electromagnetic Waves and ApplicationsHe has contributed to various edited research books. He was awarded with a Research Fellowship by the Indian Department of Science and Technology in 2013.

His current research interests focus on microstrip antennas, metamaterials, 5-G antennas, UWB antennas, rectennas, reconfigurable antennas, multiband antennas, circularly polarized antennas, antenna array, defected ground structure, microwave components, electromagnetics, wireless communication, telecommunication, RADAR and satellite communication.
