Jennifer M. Arbiol is a Registered Psychologist. She worked with employees in the private sector as a Human Resource Practitioner, until she decided to build a career in academia. She started as a Guidance Counselor where she worked with students concerning their psychological health before starting her career as a Psychology Instructor in 2004.
Since then, she has taught psychology in different colleges and universities in Davao City, Philippines. She is a graduate of the BA programme in Psychology at the University of the Philippines, Cebu City, and holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology from Ateneo de Davao University, Philippines.
She has previously served as Program Chairperson of the Psychology Department at Brokenshire College, Philippines. At present, she is a faculty member of the University of Southeastern Philippines, Davao City. She also serves as an adviser and mentor for many teachers and students in psychology.
Her research interests include the areas of personality, social, developmental, and educational psychology. When she is not teaching, she spends her time working with researchers and doing volunteer work.
