Dr David A. Jones is Professor of International Law, Management, and Foreign Policy at the University of Warsaw, Poland, from which he holds an ScD. Habilitowanie and where he is Head of the Advanced Track MA Programme. He is a senior graduate lecturer at Norwich University, USA, and the military academy of the State of Vermont at Northfield, USA, where he has offered Intercultural Management and Global Corporate Diplomacy for over a decade.
He served as Academic Dean and Professor of Business and Law at Concordia International University, Estonia, Professor of Law and Head of the LLM Programme at University Nord, Tallinn, Estonia, Professor of Public Management and head of the Chair in Economics at University Nord, and is a former faculty advisor to the Oxford Banking Forum at Oxford University.
David was appointed to the United States Rank Award Review Board by former United States President George H.W. Bush in 1992, and he headed the MBA Programme at Raytheon Company between 1997 and 2000. He is the author of the book Four Eagles and a Dragon: Successes and Failures of Quixotic Encirclement in Foreign Policy, An Analysis (Bloomsbury, 2015).
