A published author and poet, Andrea Cladis is a former journalist and high school English teacher currently working as a fitness professional, freelance editor, and writing consultant. She specializes in content generation, brand marketing, and manuscript editing.
Andrea holds an MFA in Writing from Fairfield University in Connecticut, USA, and is a summa cum laude graduate of Elmhurst College in Illinois, USA, with degrees in English, Education, Communications, and French. Her professional research on digital media, literacy, and its impact on critical thinking was published by E-Learning and Digital Media (SAGE) in 2018. The complete title for reference purposes is: “A Shifting Paradigm: An Evaluation of the Pervasive Effects of Digital Technologies on Language Expression, Creativity, Critical Thinking, Political Discourse, and Interactive Processes of Human Communications.”
Her poetry and prose has been published in The Greek Star, Kane County Magazine (Shaw Media), and online publications including Thought Catalog, Vocal, Elite Daily, and Patch Media. Her first non-fiction book, Finding the Finish Line: Navigating the Race of Life through Faith and Fitness, was released in 2017 by Crosslink Publishing.
