Dr Aparna Vyas is currently Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Manav Rachna University, India, where she has been since 2014. She received her BSc in Science and MSc in Mathematics from the University of Allahabad, India, in 2004 and 2006 respectively. She received her PhD degree in Mathematics from the University of Allahabad in 2010. She was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at SHUATS, India, from 2006 to 2013. In 2014, she joined Manav Rachna University as an Assistant Professor. She was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Soongsil University, South Korea, for a month in 2016, and at Chung-Ang University, South Korea, under the BK21 Plus project from 2016 until 2018.
She has more than 11 years of teaching and research experience. She is a life member of the Indian Mathematical Society, the Ramanujan Mathematical Society, the Green Chemistry Network Centre (GNC), the International Association for Engineers (IAENG) Societies, the Institute of Electronics Engineers of Korea (IEEK) and the IAENG Society of Imaging Engineering. She is a member of the Researchworld advisory board committee. Her research interests includes wavelet analysis and image processing. She has published more than 10 international research papers in reputed SCI journals and has also published a book with Springer Nature.
