Dr Amish obtained his BA, MA And PhD degrees from the Department of Psychology at Banaras Hindu University, India. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Psychology at Feroze Gandhi College (affiliated to Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University), India. Previously he has worked as an Assistant Professor at B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University, India, and Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University, India.
He has published 12 papers in various reputed national and international journals, such as the Asian Journal of Research in Social Sciences and Humanities, the Journal of the Indian Academy of Applied Psychology, the Indian Journal of Industrial Relations, the Journal of Psychosocial Research, and Social Science International. His areas of interest include organizational behavior, positive psychology, stress management, research methodology, and applied psychology. He has presented many papers at national and international conferences on different topics. He is an editorial board member of Psychology and Behavioral Sciences, the National Positive Psychology Association, India, and other reputed journals. He has also attended and organized workshops.
