Professor Aleksandar Zunjic

Ergonomics

Aleksandar Zunjic is a Full Professor in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Belgrade, Serbia. He is also the President of the Ergonomics Society of Serbia, a member of the Board of Directors of the International Engineering and Technology Institute (IETI), President of the IETI's Belgrade Branch, and a member of the Technical Committee of the International Ergonomics Association (IEA) - Work With Computing Systems (WWCS), the International Institute of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, and the International Research Institute for Economics and Management.

The primary area of Aleksandar's research is ergonomics, though he also works in the fields of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering and other multidisciplinary engineering areas. He has published his scientific work in many prestigious international journals and books. Currently, he is mostly interested in the application of innovations in the area of ergonomics and global engineering.

Aleksandar has been the editor, organizational board member and scientific board member of many international conferences. He is an editorial board member of several international journals, including the Journal of Robotics and Mechanical Engineering Research, the International Journal of Behavioral Research & Psychology (IJBRP), and Information Management & Computer Science. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of two new journals: IETI Transactions on Ergonomics and Safety and IETI Transactions on Engineering Research and Practice.
