"[Second Thoughts on Capitalism and the State is a] profoundly reflective book shows a pathway forward for academics and activists alike who are stymied by the disconnect between deep critical scholarship and emancipatory social change, yet who will still not give up the good fight."

Research, Development and Education in Tourism

The contributions to this volume reflect on discussions related to a number of aspects crucial for the development of sustainable tourism. They investigate the impact of tourism policies on national image creation; environmental factors; the emotional profiles of wellness tourists; the key factors influencing regional tourism development; medical tourism; innovative methods of learning Business English; and a number of financial issues, among others.
