Dr Sherif Yehia, PE, M.ACI, M. ASCE, is a Professor of Civil Engineering at the American University of Sharjah, UAE. He has authored and co-authored more than 200 journal articles, and received his PhD from the University of Nebraska, USA, in 1999. His research interests include the behavior of reinforced and prestressed concrete, composite structures, special concrete, and infrastructure resilience.
Dr Mahmoud Reda Taha, PE, FACI, F. ASCE, is a Distinguished Professor and Chairman of the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering at the University of New Mexico, USA. He is the author and co-author of more than 350 papers, and received his PhD from the University of Calgary, Canada, in 2000. His research interests include CO2-based construction materials, 3D-printing, and infrastructure resilience.
Dr Akmal Abdelfatah is a Professor of Civil Engineering at the American University of Sharjah, UAE. His research interests include the recycling of construction materials, bridge management systems, and the operation of transportation systems.
