Abel C. H. Chen received his PhD in information management from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, in 2013. He is currently Senior Research Fellow at the Information & Communications Security Laboratory of Chunghwa Telecom Laboratories, Taiwan. He has served as a professor at National Tsing Hua University, National Chiao Tung University, and National Taipei University in Taiwan, Fuzhou University and Dalian Maritime University in China, and the American Alliance for International Education in the USA. He has led several projects on intelligent transportation systems and deep learning. His research interests include the Internet of Things, network security, and machine learning.
