Dr Aneet Bedi, Director of Gian Jyoti Institute of Management & Technology (GJIMT), Mohali, India, holds an MBA and PhD in Human Resource Management. She has over 22 years of experience in teaching and research, specializing in Organizational Behaviour and HR Management. She’s trained professionals at major organizations and presented her work at national conferences. Notably, Dr Bedi was awarded the Rashtrapati Award and has served as President of the Chandigarh Management Association.
Dr. Bushra S. P. Singh, Assistant Professor of Management at GJIMT, holds a BTech in Biotechnology, an MBA in IT & Telecommunication, and a PhD in Management. She serves as the Managing Editor of the Gyan Management Journal and is an active member of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at GJIMT. Recognized with Best Paper Awards, Dr. Singh has published over 20 research papers, is skilled in data analysis techniques, and has chaired technical sessions at various conferences.
