He has served as an academic advisor and member of the board of governors at Mar Dioscorus College of Pharmacy, India. His career has spanned such roles as Director at the Amity Institute of Phytochemistry, India, Head of the KSCSTE-Jawaharlal Nehru Tropical Botanic Garden, India, and Senior Scientist at the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research–Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine.
Dr Thadiyan Parambil Ijinu (PhD, MRSB, MRSC, FLS) is an entrepreneur leading Naturæ Scientific, a startup at the Kerala University Business Innovation and Incubation Centre, India. He is a recipient of the Young Scientist Award instituted by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. His extensive research output includes 26 journal papers, 56 book chapters, 2 authored books, 12 popular articles, and 1 patent. His areas of interest include ethnopharmacology and applied natural product-based innovations.
