How do I place an online order?
Ordering online with Cambridge Scholars is quick and easy.
To place an order, you will need to open a user account, for which we will require your email, delivery and billing addresses. We will store your data in a personal, password-protected account and you will not need to re-enter the details for future orders. Credit card information is not retained.
You can access your account at any time with your email address and personal password. Here you can amend address details, change your password, and view your wishlist or previous orders. To do so, please click on My Account
What are my payment options?
Customers can order online using debit and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express). If you would rather pay by invoice (cheque or bank transfer), please contact email@example.com
How do I use a promotion code?
All Cambridge Scholars Authors, Editors and Contributors are entitled to a 40% discount on all titles from our press. We also run regular promotional activities where you may receive a discount code. You will have a chance to enter the code during the checkout process when we ask you for your payment information.
Why wasn't my discount applied?
Generally, only one promotion code can be redeemed with any purchase. If you have more than one promotion code in your browser session, you will normally see the discount of the highest value applied.
How much will I pay for delivery?
We will charge you for postage and packing depending on your location and type of order. Please see our Postage and Packing rates
After you have completed your online purchase, we will send you an email confirming your order.
For large orders, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for preferential shipping rates.
How quickly can I receive my order?

When will my credit card be charged?
You card will be charged as we send your order out of our warehouse.
Can I cancel or change an order?
If the order has not been despatched you may cancel it by contacting our Customer Service department, and quoting your Order Number or Transaction ID, in the case of online orders. Please email email@example.com
After the order has been despatched, you may return it if you wish, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
My order has not arrived
In the rare event that your order does not arrive within the expected postage time, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Claims for non-arrival of items can only be made when the postage method's expected length of time expires. The expected length of time is the upper limit of the time the carrier, courier or postal service has published at the time the order has gone out. This length of time can only be measured from the day the item is shipped. Any cancellations made before this time will not incur any charges.
We provide a courier, trackable postage service for all deliveries in the UK, and for worldwide deliveries of 6+ books. For international orders of 1-5 books, we offer a standard (non-trackable) postage service. If you have not received your item, we will send you a replacement copy, even if a non-trackable service is used. We will not, however, issue a refund for non-arrival of items that we have sent out using a non-trackable service.

What is your Returns Policy?
At Cambridge Scholars we want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. Please view our Returns Policy for further information.
How do I order a desk copy?
Cambridge Scholars will be pleased to send you a complimentary desk or examination copy of any title that you could like to consider for your academic course. Please contact us at email@example.com, providing us with the title you require, the academic course for which it is intended, and your academic institution. We are also happy to discuss preferential rates for ordering multiple copies.
How do I order a review copy?
Cambridge Scholars will be pleased to send you a complimentary review copy of any title that you could like to review for your journal, trade magazine, broadsheet or other suitable media. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, providing us with the title you require, and where it will be reviewed. If a review is successfully published, we will happily offer you a complimentary title of your choice from our extensive back catalogue.
I am a trade customer. Can I buy at trade discount?
We are unable to accept orders through the website from trade customers wishing to order on credit, and/or at trade discount. Please view our page for Booksellers & Distributors for further information.
