Yusef Saee is a prominent Iranian writer who started his writing career in his youth. Born in Tabriz in 1961, Saee largely writes on human values, mysticism and human interests. Ali Salami, PhD, is Professor of English Literature and Translation Studies at the University of Tehran, and has translated several books of Persian poetry into English. An internationally published author, Salami has written dozens of scholarly articles on gender and discourse, comparative literature, Shakespeare, and postcolonial literature.
