Dr Recep Efe completed his BA in the Department of Geography at Istanbul University, Turkey, and received his MSc and PhD from the same university. He conducts studies and projects in the fields of ecology, ecosystem analysis, geomorphology, biogeography, land degradation, land use, and ecotourism.

Dr Murat Zencikiran graduated from Uludag University, Turkey, with a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture in 1990, and gained his Master’s degree and his PhD at the same university in 1993 and 1998, respectively. He has also been a Professor at this university since 1992. His research focuses on landscape and ornamental plants (propagation, growing, and using).

Dr İsa Curebal graduated from Balıkesir University, Turkey, in 1996. He completed his MA in 1999 and received his PhD in 2003 at Istanbul University, Turkey. His research focuses on applied geomorphology and ecology. He currently works at the Faculty of Science and Arts of Balıkesir University.
